So I left my notes at school. I have a math final tomorrow. Haven't studied one bit.

However I am fairly smart I have a 81%. Think I could still manage to pass? Can someone do the math? If I have an 81% and this exam is worth 15% of my mark what do I have to get to make my mark at least 70?
 
I have my last math exam of high school worth 40% of my grade on Friday. I need an A. I took a practice test and got a 50%. Fuck. I've dominated all the other exams so far, so I think I'll be fine though.

Call up one of your friends and ask if you can borrow his or her book? Late night study session? If you have a textbook, use it. Check your notes before the exam, go to school early. I dunno man, there are plenty of options if you are that desperate.
 
If the exam is math/sciences related, make up the longest
proofs you could possible think of. Get pi and imaginary numbers
into most equations. If it is a written exam, relate everything
to your own life story.

The formula: [grade you want * (grade you have * .85)] / .15 = grade you need

I'm so nice, I even did the work for you. You need a 7.666% to get 70 %. You will pass.

His professor sent him an e-mail the following day:

Dear Michael,

Every year I attempt to boost my students' final grades by giving them thisrelatively simple exam consisting of 100 True/False questions from only

3chapters of material. For the past 20 years that I have taught Intro

Communications101 at this institution I have never once seen someone

score below a 65 on thisexam. Consequently, your score of a zero is the

There

were two possible answer choices: A (True)and B (False). You chose C

for all 100 questions in an obvious attempt to getlucky with a least a

quarter of the answers. It's as if you didn't look at asingle question.

Unfortunately, this brings your final grade in this class tofailing.

Well if you have been averaging an 75% on your tests (just a guess) then you might get a little be on your final, say 70% even if you got that your grade would only drop to a C+ which is still a passing grade. i would not worry about it.
 
haha im so glad im not in school right now or i would probably be doing that too. i loose all brain power in the summer, i swear
 
when i was in high school in ontario anything under a 50 was a fail 50 - 59 was a D, 60-69 was a C, 70-79 was a B, and 80+ was an A. I like the GPA system in college better
 
So apparently it is 30% of my mark. I thought it was only multiple choice but I was wrong. There was 3/4 of the test on long answers... I had no idea what I was doing. I missed 21 days of school for ski competitions this year and I missed alot and I am pretty sure I got around 30% haha. The exam was out of 100 marks and I skipped 6 question that were worth 4 marks each and I felt like I guessed on the rest. This sucks. But even if I got a zero I would still pass.
