i want to know so it doesn't take me 100 hous to upload videos on hosting sites???

go to export then choose options. Once in the options you can choose compression size, ect.

there is no exporting option its saved to my documents????? or maybe i'm missing something help

under the file menu, like where you can choose save as and such, is there an export option?

You must open an editing program like windows media player, imovie, adobe premier.

then you must import the file, then export it as a quicktime file
