So blue moutain this weekend?

thinking of going up night skiing wednesday mabye and regular sat/sun all day is it worth my time with the rain anyone been?

And yes, Blue's park used to suck, but I disagree with you this year. Sidewinder is fucking killer.
 
well im going night skiing but if your there yeah sure i got the white helmet with possibly a black or tan coat and greyish pants, and I can bring my camera and post what they have if people are down

Hell yeah. Saturday I'll be up. if you think ur gunna be looking for an incredible skier in the g suit, u are wrong. There is only one person there with it. I honestly suck badly.
 
Sidewinder is at the top right? I'll never know trail names anywhere... You have to go up a hill to get in right? There's some fun boxes and such there, including some weird thing that's like 2 c boxes side by side with a point in the middle. There's a picnic table with slants where your legs would go through, best way I can describe it anyway. Couple of large jumps, wallride, huge c box, another wallride or corrugated pipe jib. Lots of other stuff

I plan to go sunday, say hi to me too. I have orange stripes on the bottom of my poles so that's kinda unique.
 
idk who is who but the whole crew was at that one box for a bit def gonna be there saturday and mabye sunday night, the whole lehigh club is gonna go sunday night so it might not be as fun for the ns crew but whatever
 
Yeah I don't really know these people in this thread either. I don't even know any other skiers besides my dad and brother. Even people who only go like 3 times a year and aren't park/newschoolers snowboard not ski.

Explain the "lehigh club" please. Are they like the enemy of the ns crew? Racers form lehigh college maybe?
 
To the kid with the G suit, if you have anthems, I saw you. I have gray pants, black coat, brown helmet and gloves, and disorderlys with yellow bases.

Those stairset type things were cool, the first one was ok (i only really like round rails, there was one on the left) and the second had a cool ledge in the center. I saw some snwboarder almost kill himself on the first one, hit his head on like half the stairs.
 
how is blue mt in the morning/ day? the last 3 times i have been to blue mt it was at night and it blew major dick. Solid ice, could barley turn. But i heard it is better during the morning and day. this true?
 
i just got back from blue. if you haven't been there in a while.. their park has gotten much better.
although the park had like 4 inches of artificial snow in some places which was bullshit.. landing switch was a nightmare.
kinda wish there was some ice.
 
Woah. I just got back too!I spent my whole night in the patrol base though.I went to spin a small jump on Comearound and there was a snowboarder laying in the landing. So I never get my spin going and I spread my legs so I dont fuckin take him out. There was a balls to helmet situation. I smashed my nutsack off his helmet and I rip my skis off and run up to see if he's ok. He was dizzy and seeing spots so he had to take the ambulance to the hospital.I felt really really bad.
 
nah i wouldnt worry about them too much accept for the first day (sunday) its gonna be a ton of snowboarders a few gappers, and the crew i was rolling with of nsers, most of them won't even set foot in the park, and after the first day attendance goes down to like 5 people a trip
 
i went like two weeks ago for night skiing, before sidewinder opened. Even for how small the other park is it kinda blew. SOOOOOOOO many bomb holes

from weather.gov, not looking too good for sunday and I can't go tomorrow. Of course saturday is gonna be nice.
 
I don't think I'm gonna make it tomorrow, which sucks since I didn't get to go skiing all this weekend. had to go to my little cousins 1 year old birthday party today and it's not gonna happen tomorrow either. I'll try again next weekend, either blue or camelback. They (camelback) have a pipe, right? No matter how bad it may or may not be I wanna ride some pipe. Haven't seen one all season.
 
haha i had no idea about it either, but I had my Canon Rebel with me so I just hiked up to a good angle with like 10 other people and shot the jump line the whole day.It was a party!
