Snowpant problem

i have L snowpants and thay are baggy fit and they actually are, however whenever i wear them they tighten up around ym legs makin them look like tight pants. i have skinny legs and im short. why does this happen how do i get that baggy look?

i think they are too big

by tightening the waist it makes the pant legs slimmer so either wear them super low so the waist isn't all bunched up or get a pair thats baggy but fits your waist size

get sag straps and that will fix your problem

that happens to me too..... i think it has some weird insulator that shrinks so it you might need new pants???
