It looks like so much fun out there! I hate working in the lodge watching everyone. Hopefully it will be my turn tomorrow! Great work park crew!

we're in high pressure right now so the temps are inverted. our next window appears to be this weekend. however the winds are from the west so if we make snow it will be on the other side of the castle peak chair as well as up top...just not on the run we have right now. it the winds change though it effects what our plan will be.

so fun up there! hopefully we get more snow and Boreal can get the jump line kickin'! stoked to be shredding so early in the season!

here's a little preview of whats in store in the near future...

-snowmaking is still going strong

-guns start moving tomorrow night off of Prospector and going to the lower park below the superpipe

-if you haven't already noticed we have a huge pile at the top of the superpipe already

-more guns will be going to the superpipe over the next few days

-as soon as the lower park is finished guns will make the move to the lower jump line and fill out the spots available at the pipe

-the towers on Prospector will be making snow whenever possible and part of that snow will be used for the upper jumpline.

we are marching right along with has been our most effective, efficient and fast snowmaking boreal has ever seen! So hang in there, if this pace keeps up we will be looking at alot of new park in the next two weeks.

Eric,
So with this storm coming through this week, when is an estimation on a lil bit bigger of a jump line being made. Are you thinking of putting in the five line next to accelerater up perhap? The park is epic by the way. So much fun.

A larger jump would be amazing. Seems that the double set is getting shorter/flatter landings. Every things else is great though!

also props to bigley for keeping the park prime.. He workin way to hard for how much he makin.. give the kid a raise.

As soon as we can make the move into the CORE park below the superpipe we can start making bigger jumps. The real jumpline however will be the last thing we blow snow for after CORE park/superpipe and race course. Any significant snowfall will of course change things. With the holiday just around the corner dont expect anything bigger in the current park because with the holiday you get holiday traffic if you know what i mean ;-) wink..wink ;-)

Eric is the jump line going to be where it was last year? kinda under accelerator, becuase that was a really nice place for with the sun and all. the jumps were barely in the shade wich made for nice conditions. just wondering because i saw that the guns were on the run to the right of acceleraotr today blowing. the park is SO SICK RIGHT NOW! good job

no sorry. Eric and Shaydar poked around and there was just not enough snow to build out a legit park. We could have put some rails and boxes over there, but no jumps. In the end they felt it would be a regression from what has been provided thus far. But....the good news is there is good snowmaking coming and some weather too, so the park should be moving soon.

Also, just a reminder, Nights start tomorrow 11.27., opne 9-9. Sorry night passholders, beginning tomorrow, you will have to start riding at night only.
