Snowless Summer Rail...what should i make

I'm sure my friends and i arent the only ones obsessed enough to want to rip something up over the summer, so we're thinking of some kind of rail set up, like a flat rail (pipe) or box. If anyone has any ideas for building, materials, what to use for a run-in and landing, it'd be great. We've got access to welding equipment, so pretty much anything is possible.

I'll probably get the last real riding in for the season this weekend at Marquette Mountain's Superpark. After that i'll be going crazy waiting for november...i need something during the summer.
