Check the inside cover of this months Transworld Snowboarding mag. The Burton ad says 'the kids are OK' and the pullout cover is of 4 little snowboard grommets spraying a group of skiers in powder as they fly by them! Check out the article 'SNOW STRIPPING' in this months Snowboarder mag. Its about the Cutters Cup and says '...summer snowboarding and that new school skiing crap have put freestyle terrain at a premium.' Remember that SIMS AD from last year about the poser with the skier standing next to the boarder and the comment below the skier. Well for you who dont remember these things you should wake up. I travel around North America all year and all I hear in the summers and at the bar from snowboarders is how skiing is so gay. But the great think is all it takes to shut them up is to challenge them on the snow and their little fucking tales get tucked between their legs to fill the void where their balls used to be when they skied. We copy moves, so do they. There are shitty skiers, there are shitty boarders. This sport takes alot longer to learn and has more badass history than snowboarding will ever have. This sport kills it, thats why Arnold Swarzenegger skis! I wont say I dont like watching snowboard vids, but I love skiing more and wont take shit from any douch bag boarder who thinks they are badass off the slopes but cant ante up the chips when it comes down to it. So go print another 'Snowboarding Still Sucks' shirt, get some pride, and tell them to fuck off, cause who the hell cares!
