Snowboard Brands?

Im shopping for snowpants and a coat but im not sure... can skiers wear snowboard brands?

Also does anyone have any sites for cheap outerwear?
 
You wear what you wanna wear....plus the skiing vs snowboarding thing is becoming less an issue with each passing season....for cheap outerwear I'd say quicksilver shells and then wear fleece under them....or you can find a bunch of smaller snowboard outerwear brands cheap too....check out evos outlet...you should be able to somethin decent....the reason I suggested quicksilver though is it's a bigger company so ya can probably find previous years cheap but it's still gonna be decent quality cause it's a bigger company ya know?
 
ive worn snowboard pants the last 2 or 3 years just cause they were the color i wanted and i loved them. and no one ever said anything about it
 
I'm a fan of grenade, I've had grenade gloves, pants, and coats for 3 years now and no one has said anything. Some boarders even complement it so i dont think it matters, if skiers wear it.
 
Until this year, buying armada, I always rode a mixture of snowboard and tech stuff. I had a burton ak jacket, volcom pants, h/h and marmot stuff as well.
 
actually, the last I time I put snowboarders stuff on it burned my skin and I started to melt.i.e. get whatever you want.
