A good buddy of mine is a really good snowboarder whos been riding for a long time and he also said to get fulltilts

Many of my friends ride 32 boots and seem to like them. The best snowboarder I know uses Vans boots. I don't know that there are any that are really bad.

I ride ThirtyTwos or Vans when I snowboard. It’s really up to what you like, snowboard boots tend to get along better with more feet because they’re not rigid plastic. That being said, snowboard boot fitting is still a thing, just to a lesser extent. You wanna go cheap, go Vans OG or Thirty Two Lashed. Try things on, see what you like. What sort of flex are you looking for? Do you have bindings and a deck already? What kind of riding do you plan on doing?

I know hardly anything about snowboarding but I snowboard sometimes and have k2 maysis boots and would recommend them.

Used to work at a snowboard/skate shop for years, really depends what you're looking for but my go to was always Van Hi Standards. Best bang for your buck IMO
