Today we got a bit of snow, some teaspoonfuls still sticking around in the shady areas......hopefully more soon.

If it ends up being like 2 or 3 degrees colder here, Noel is probably gonna give us snow too. That would be amazing.

yeah I saw that freeskier article-enjoyed it.....i hope you know that Marble is at least a 7 hour drive from St. John's and longer in the winter.......I heard of some place thats closer to ST. John's though, just can't remember what its called.

Jodi, you know you'll end up at Ducky's throwing down some air guitar to a little honest mistake, and spending the ski day seeking out breakfast at the Petro Canada...ahhh the glorious ski seasons that once were....

Now there is about 4-5 inches on the ground and still flurrying. I'm pretty stoked. school is puttinga serious cramp on skking tim ethough

I was home (Corner Brook) over the remembrance day weekend. We got about 10cm of snow while I was there. Unfortunately I had to drive back to St. John's yesterday for school.

If you don't mind me asking Jodi, why did you move to st.john's area? I've been living here for the last 4 years (university). I hate it. With a passion. I miss skiing sooo much, and as much as id like to go jibbing here in the winter I can seldom find time, or anyone to go with. Would be fun though.

I can guarantee you though, as soon as I graduate i'll be moving west to do some skiing and try to do an MBA. If you like the east coast of NL then good on ya I guess. I know I can't stand it.
