i am trying to make a snow gun and it calls for a 90 psi air compressor which i found the only problem is that it is five gallons and i dont know if that will be enough to keep it going for long enough to make a good amount of snow

how long will five gallons of air pump continuously

you can get a switch that will turn on the compressor when it falls below 90psi, but you have to run a higher psi continuously

and if the max pressure is 100psi could it pump 90 psi continuously????

what does cfm mean on an air compressor description. it says 90 psi at 3.8 cfm. would that work for a snow gun?
