Snow gun plans

Does anyone have either plans they can email me or a website that I can go to to get plans to make a snow gun?

Wouwywow that thing looks mad proffesional. Maybe I´ll try that thing out sometimes, but at the moment I have enough snow in my Garden. 
 
Do you need to have below freezing temperatures to make the snow? Or does it freeze because of the super high pressure?
 
You need -3 Celsius to make snow roughly.. The less humidity the better.

With 0 Humidity you could make at + 3.. but good luck.. your going to be lucky to produce at -2
 
So basically, you need an environment where there is likely to be snow anyway?! I'm screwed. UK sucks balls
