Never used it, but I'm sure a drive to a local hockey rink would a lot cheaper and probably better. When I sesh my setup with snow, I ideally have two trucks of rink snow, I would imagine that would cost an arm and a leg to buy enough snow gel to have the same experience.
i went to woodward east for the ski/snowboard program there, and they use it on the setup they have there. its pretty useless to be honest, and if you layer it too thick it slows you down. not sure how much money it is, but if its expensive i wouldnt buy it
used it. its okay. it just gets everywhere. and by everywhere, i mean in your boots, in your underwear somehow in my helmet. some ended up inside my toepiece (not sure how). other than that, and the price, it slides well and makes for a lot of fun.
the camp i used to work at bought it for kids to mess around in sometimes. Its reallyw eird stuff and I could see how it could slide pretty easily and be pretty good for a summer setup on some turf or whatever.
BUT be warned it gets EVERYWHERE and is a dam pain to clean up. So much more of a hassle and not worth using it
