yah...that's so messed up. So random...i'd be terrified if i lived in DC. Every person who has died has been taken by a single bullet. I think the spot where they found the tarot card (the guy is now known as the 'tarot killer' btw) was 150ft from the person he killed, he's damn good.

Yeahe shot another guy today at a gas station..I guess though that it was witnessed that there possibly could have been two men in a white van. CNN has been showing coverage on this like all day but yea they showed how like the cops shut down all highways and were pulling over white vans left and right but I still don't think that they got him (or them) yet.

He's missed the kill twice. A women and a young kid survived shots to the chest, but other then that, he's an ace.

The other scary thing is, he's probaly not gonna stop. The Police Chief in Baltimore, pleaded for him to stop, and I personally think that's the hugest mistake. It tells the lunatic that he's got everyone on their knees and is in complete contol. Also, the way things are going, he could continue this day in, day out for as long as he wants, until he makes a mistake. And if he's as good as it seems, that could be a very long time.

most probably or else it would be fairly easy to establish where the shot came from. Espeically at such close range as 150feet. That's very close. Could well be ex-military but I would actually suggest that he isn't. An ex-mil would probably take the shots from a lot further away. And the fact that he has hit two people in the chest and that they survived proves a certain element of error. An ex-military wouldn't miss. Not from that close. And the fact that the bullets hit the chest, military snipers using one shot would place it in the head, only would multiple shots go to the chest. I dunno though, pretty scary that there's a sicko out there doing that. And weird that they probably don't have a single lead on it too.

Nah tim, don't dorget that he's in an urban environment, which would make striking from distances of more then 150 yards difficult for anyone due to infrastructure and shit such as. Just the fact that he's so invisible is what makes me almost certain that he's a military type that has gone crazy. Maybe a Timothy McVeigh style?

You know what i think....i think this guy is completly feeding off the attention he's getting from the media. He loves to hear about how he has the police baffled as to who he is, loves that everyone in the world is talking about him and he loves wielding this power over everyone. He was probably an outcast all his life....and he's craving the attention. I think if the media stopped reporting the murders and he got no attention..he might lose interest and stop doing this.

that whole van thing seems kind of incertain to me; on CNN today they had a profile of the van, it was a mitsubishi box truck and they said they were still looking for an astro van. they were pulling over every single white van on the highway on friday, ones that didnt even fit the discription of the van at the scene, so im not sure how accurate that whole thing is.

my mom thinks this sniper is a middle-eastern terrorist, what do you all think?

This guy isn't even shooting from far at all most snipers can shoot from like 1000-1500 yards away. Im surprised he hasn't been caught yet. GOD HE Needs to get caught!!!! No one else needs to die in the hands of this guy!!

 
I just read that the FBI has 'conclusively linked' all the murders. He's killing with a .233 caliber bullet...i have no clue what kind of weapon shoots that bullet...i know nothing about guns...anyone?

As for snipering...yah, you can easily kill from far...a canadian holds the record for killing a guy from 2450ft..but i mean, if you have a sniper rifle and a scope that can see that far....i'm sure with a steady hand it's not tough to get someone from 100ft. If we're dealing with a hunting rifle or just a regular sort of gun..you don't have a high powered scope on there.

And to answer my own question about the silencer..for the last killing there was a state trooper investigating a traffic accident 50m away and he heard the gun shot...so i guess it's a 'no' on the silencer.

oh...and people who mentioned that it might be islamic extreemists or something like that, i find it pretty unlikely that any religious fanatic would leave a tarot card claiming to be god on it. If anything they'd leave a note that said 'god punishes the sinful' or something like that.
