just got arthroscopic surgery and they cut out a piece of my meniscus... anyone ever had this done? how was the recovery? how soon can i be riding an exercise bike and stuff like that

my friend had surgery on his meniscus 4 months ago and he still has to go to physical therapy...

i think recovery time is usually 6 weeks before you can really do any movements with your knee

probably like 5 weeksish. when they cut out some of my cartilage out of my shoulder i was doing the arm bike in about that much time. full recovery was like 10 weeks though.
