Snapped skis returned?

Hello my skis snapped on an airbag recently there line masterminds I emailed line to see if I could maybe get new skis. If that's not a good idea what should I do?

Buy a lottery ticket or a Tim's, because you've got about as much chance of winning those as getting a warranty for your skis.

Contact the shop you bought them from, this goes for any and all broken skis and gear.

Depends on how long you had them, line warrants up to a year from purchase date. Word of advice though, if your using an airbag and planning on going big, dont use masterminds.

Right, but he's talking about trying to get warranty to cover another pair. Im saying if hes going to go hard the masterminds arent going to take him very far
