Smoking weed while on Loritab?

So yesterday I had knee surgery, and i'm currently taking Loritab for a pain killer. I was wondering if i could light up without anything bad happening?

Might lower your blood pressure. Loritab lowered mine as well as smoking does. Then again I had heart surgery so I might be completely different than everyone else.
