Withdrawals are kind of similar to hunger. Your muscles are all tense and it feels like your blood is crawling. Your mind feels a little fuzzy and racy, and you get shaky.
The hardest part of quitting isn't the physical withdrawals though. It's the associated activities with smoking. Smoke breaks, smoking at bars, while driving, after eating. It just feels off for awhile without cigarettes. It's a mental crutch to compensate an oral fixation, similar to a pacifier.
