Smith Squad XL with Giro Ledge or Smith Maze

Anyone rep the squad XL's with either of these helmets? I tried them on and I couldn't quite tell if they would be too big with a helmet on top. I know that the maze would probably fit better since its the same brand, but the giro helmet is cheaper and better looking IMO. Thanks!

I used them briefly with the Ledge and was fine.

I will say though, that goggle / helmet interface has a lot more to do with the size/shape of your head than people sometimes assume. People ask "will this goggle work with that helmet?" when it's more like "Will this goggle work with that helmet on my face." The ratio of forehead to the height of your eyes makes a huge difference. So it's always worth trying them on together.
