Smashed finger in binding

has anyone else ever smashed their finger in a binding? i pull the heels piece of my new binding up and i smashed my pinky finger really bad. good thing i am feeling prettty buzzed but i have no idea how it happend
 
I usually just stick my feet into my bindings. You might be on to something with the hands thing though...
 
Yah it happened to me, I was helping my student put on his skis, I wasn't being very smart and got my fingers stomped into the bindings... poor kid's virgin ears.
 
i smashed my thumb on my boot and the nail turned all black and blue and it hasent fully gone away since.... this was like the very beginning of november 
 
that really sounds like it would hurt, i broke my thumb landing switch and putting my hand down the first day skiing this year and now its nice and crooked and doesnt bend all the way
 
ahha i feel ya on that one...did you rupture the tendon and shit? I had sergury (sp) on mine last year and now it won't bend half as far as it used to haha shitty deal
