small kink

There is a rail at my mt. where it goes up and then a small kink but do you go over the kink with out going down it or do you go down it.

I think he means how some rails have about a 2 foot long extentsion on both ends that is kinked downward. To answer your question, no it isnt really intended to be grinded. But if you really want to, you can.
