This pretty much happened at my mountain the other day, some kids had climbed inside a culvert and were hiding inside.

When one tried to come out he poked his head up out the end of the culvert as some snowboarder came across having to ollie him at the last second to miss decapitating him. Was pretty gnar dawg.

Wrong. The word cab comes from skating and is a shortend version of the word Caballerial which mean a switch frontside 360. Generally you hear the terms half cab(switch frontside 180) and full cab(switch frontside 360)

yes, but in skiing we have basically taken every term we use from other sports, and turned them into our own. example: mute grab from snowboarding (maybe skateboarding too, dunno) is not possible to do with a pair of skis, but yet we use the name for our own grab.

so in skiing, a cab spin is just another term for switch. if you say otherwise, you haven't been skiing long enough.

You're an idiot. It's another term for "switch". In snowboarding a cab 7 is just a switch 7. In skating a cab 3 is a switch 3. In skiing a cab 9 is a fucking switch 9. It's the same for all sports.
