yea ok to be a full member of usasa it's 75 dollars to be a temporary it's 20 dollars at the registration place but if u ski as an open class skier and there are more than 4 open class skiers there is prize money of up to 500 dollars sometimes less but still that's pretty high it all depends on the amount of skiers
The results of todays comp were
For ages 16-19 skiers
Aidan Smith first with 28 or so points he did a cork 7 and a styley (idk how u spell that) 3
Second was this pretty cool skier i forgot the name of but he did a switch 5 and a 360
Third was this other cool skier i forgot the name of he did 360 off a tiny jump a 180 and then a switch unnatural 180
For ages 11-15 skiers
First was me (Arno Filliat) with 24 points I did a box and cleared the picnic table with a cross to a 360 cross pretty styley and then unnatural 360 cross pretty styley on my second run i tried a 7 cross but bailed so my first run counted
Second some really cool skier with about 22 points he did straight on box and picnic then 360 on both jumps second run he landed a 7 but then fell on the second jump
Third was this 12 year old skier that didn't do much i think a few straight airs with grabs and a 3 at the end
Pretty sick comp but if we had more people it would've been better also Aidan Smith was supposed to be in open class but didn't get put there cause there weren't enough skiers so more people come.
