Slightly warmer than spring gloves?

I'm looking for gloves that are slightly warmer than spring gloves. I ski with super thin Dakine ski gloves in 30 degree weather instead of these mittens I have because I run hot and sweat a ton. My fingers get pretty cold at the top of the lift so I'm looking for something slightly warmer. Any ideas?

I bought hestras heli ski (comes in mitten 3 finger and 5 finger)for this season. Its super warm for cold times and if you get to warm you can just remove the liner and ski with a layer of leather on your hands. Still warm enough for me at that temperature.

Below -5°C liners

Above -5°C use the liners for après ski (I like how it corrects apres for me!)

Mittens.

Whether or not you get gloves or mittens, go Kincos. theyre like 20 bucks and with some snoseal, they work better than my goretex black diamond gloves.
