Sliding wood rails

is it even possible to slide wood rails on skis? seems like you would catch an edge instantly.

Make sure you only hit wooden features on cold days when the wood is hard, if you hit them on warm days the wood seems to be a lot softer and is much easier to catch an edge.

alright so it probably isnt a good idea to hit one at killington tomorrow with a high of 40 degrees.

I have like zero edge on my park skis underfoot so honestly i basically can.

I have found it to be easier than expected. Definitely anticipate some resistance.
