Sleeping bag recommendations

What are you using it for, winter? Backpacking? Do you have a budget?

3season maybe also in winter but in a cabin.

for ski touring and climbing trips.

I can get pretty good deals from most companies so budget isn’t the problem

I have a north face 0 deg furnace and really like it. Idk if they make the furnace anymore tho. Otherwise, if you're a side sleeper, Nemo makes side sleeper bags.

In the end, get feathered friends.

I have a Mountain Hardwear Lamina 22 that I bought on sale a few years ago. I've used it everywhere from backpacking to car camping to crashing at friend's places. It does the job and keeps me warm. On really cold late-season days I'll throw my sea to summit thermal liner inside and it's pretty cozy.

It depends on your climate, but if you want a 3-season bag, I'd shoot for the 20-30 degree range. 0 degree bags can get uncomfortably hot in the summer for me. I'd invest in a quality winter-only bag if you plan on snow camping.

I really like my Big Agnes bag, any of the bags that have a slot to attach your pad to the bag are dank

i have eolus 0 degree from hyke n byke and i haven’t had to use it for cold temps yet but it’s light and packs smallish and is rated well for $180
