Summer Room for rent. 1300 E. 544 S House. $400 mo. Descent sized bedroom, big back yard with fire place, University adjacent, drive way and on street parking, washer/dryer, fantastic bungalow porch on 13th for watching beautiful college babes/handsome dudes in summer short shorts stroll by on their way to class, pot friendly, police resistant. Lease ends at the end of August. Can move in at beginning of May to beginning of June.

Icing on the cake: live with radical shredder/film maker/goofy south african Hennie Van Jarsveld, and the beautiful Kristie Giles, skier extrodinaire. Act fast, message for details. Rent may be negotiable.
 
anyone thats interested....our porch is a pretty effing sweet porch. the turnaround time you can get on it switching from a porch with a perfect couch and loungechair to one thats even more perfect for games of beerpong out in the fresh air uninhibitated is greeeeat. fuck ya.

I drive by this house everyday. Pretty sweet porch with the couch. Pretty close to some sick urban.
