Slacklining

I have a slackline that we mess around with at work and I just bought one off seshday. I was just wondering if slacklining has helped anyone with their skiing, like rail balance and what not.

hmmm may have to invest in one of these. I have a question, I have a very wide, sturdy tree stump about 3 1/2 feet tall about 20 feet give or take 5 feet away from another very sturdy tree. Is it possible for me to set up a slackline between these trees?

Anybody have experience with using one for knee rehab? Seems like it would be a good balancing excercise to build up stabilizing muscles

Slacklining is the biggest advantage you can get for balance on rails. Really good to slackline as much as possible.

That would work. Also gibbon slack lines are on the climb for about that same price, pm me if you want a link to sign up to get one

it helped improve my overall stability off and on the mountain. it tests your balance in ways you'd never imagine

Its also just a really fun time.

Once you get walking down there are tons of balance tricks to learn so you can progress really quickly which I really like.
