so i loved my skullcandys but both pair i owned broke within the first week. it says they have a lifetime warranty but of course when i email them about it, i recieve no response. whats the point of lifetime warranty if you cant even get ahold of the people?!

yaa. personally, my warranty went super well, but a lot of people have had trouble with it.
I'd say keep at it. or call them?

?
you dont email them, you fill out the form, say that it was their fault no matter if you fuckin smashed em on purpose or it actually is their fault, after you fill it out correctly they will accept it and send you a RMA #, i have probably warrenteed headphones with them like 10-20 times and only didnt get em back once, and if you dont get em back you can just email em and theyll make it right. You then cut off the chord (a process that they developed in the last month, you used to have to send everything which made shipping cost alot, but now you can just mail em an envelope) and send it to the address with the rma number on the outside of the envelope and a note inside. they will send you another email after they receive it and another one telling you your new ones have shipped out. Its very simple. and if you ever break your headphones you can just get new ones.
I have some headphones on the way to my house right now from their warranty.

out of the 12 skullcandy headphones i have had, none of them have been warrantied. im done with skullcandy

perfect explanation. ive had 4 pairs of icons warrantied and every time it went really smoothly and got my new ones in less than 2 weeks

for serious? you must really suck at warranty...and buying stuff. why the hell would you buy 12 sets of skullcandys after they kept breaking?

ahh man I gave up on skullcandies after my first pair. yah they look cool but shit they suuuuck! mine broke after like a month, theres tonnes of threads about them breaking, more threads about their shitty customer service the sound is sub par... the list goes on.

I've warranted 3 pairs of icons and a pair of lowriders with out a problem. I kept snapping the headband part, now I have the icon2s and hopefully I wont have a problem with those, but I have never had a problem with the warranty. Also, remember, it is a holiday weekend, that may make it harder to get a hold of them.

i dont need to fucking quote anyone if theyre right above melike right fucking now, you know who im talking to you stupid bitch

i got a pair of smokin buds and the sound quality sounds like an old man taking a painful shit while his wife bangs a rubber mallet on a tin can downstairs and his cats have buttsecks on the roof
im not impressed

my friends broke and he just filled out the form and they sent him a new pair of headphones, so far i have had now problems with my icons

THIS POST IS GOING TO END THE THREAD SO READ IT.
i have paid for 1 pair of GI's and im on my 3rd pair.
all you do is go to www.precor.ca
find your area's distrubution center, and call in,
for reference and ease of people searching; ontarios number is 800-268-1172 or 905-660-6234.
call and get an 'RA' number from them, or i think this may be done on the website, i forget...then pack up the broken headphones, and ship them to the adress given (for Ontario, its 107 connie crescent, Concord Ontario, L4K 1L3) for ur desired location.
make sure you include a package within the package that can be used to ship the new headphones back to you via a return address..also make sure the RA number is on the box itself.
wait for a week or two, and VWALA (sp?)...new pair of headphones...(they come in original packaging with extra pads and what not)
hope that helped,
does this count as my 'good deed for the day?'
