has anyone dealt with there warranty program? has is worked or is it fake. I hate delt with beats warranty and hatted it? so is skullcandy worth it either defective product replacement or aggressive listening discount?

Super legit aggressive enjoyment or something like that equals 50% off meaning u can tomahawk through some moguls at like 30 and skullcandy will just give u 50 percent off any pair w no reciept needed for the life of the product. And lifetime replacement if defective. I've used both warranties and they were great on both

50% off any pair??

1. Get broken headphones from friend

2. Send them in get 50% off discount

3. Use that on their most expensive pair

4. ?????

5. Profit

yea its legit. i broke my really old hesh ones a few weeks ago, got $50 for them, and picked up the cassettes for free. no need for receipt or anything, super easy.

I've taken in broken headphones to Skullcandy and they just exchanged them for new ones, no questions asked.

I've taken in headphones that aren't even broken yet and said "I'm scared that this (whatever it might be) may compromise my headphones in the future, can you exchange them?" And received a new pair

one time i just broke the plastic headband part of icons and they would only give me a discount. But then i poked a speaker with a needle to brake them. I got new headphones for free.

SCENARIO: I have an old pair of GI's that some kid gave to me because they were barely broken. now, I'm not sure how but they are snapped in like 4 places. You are telling me that I can send them in, with no proof of purchase or anything, and they will give me a discount/new ones..?

Everyone I know who's taken theirs up to the factory has gotten another free pair sometimes even more than one

Ive bought 2 pairs of icons in my life and have had 4 replacements for nothing. It works. Inthe uk its only valid for a year and you need a reviept but the guys who run the process are sound. To the person asking above about upgrading by breaking your headphones im pretty sure its like for like replacement or replaced for ones of similar value or credit for the value of them.

this thread inspired me to finally fill out the warranty form on my broken holua earbuds. I'm hoping to get a pretty nice refund on them.

i bought a pair of the icon softs on sale for $25 and when they broke i warrantied them and got $67 of store credit, because the headphones were like some crazy high price of like $60 bucks and then they gave me $7 from shipping costs

another time i sent a pair of earbuds in that cost me $20 and got $32 back, they had raised the price since i bought them and then the cost of shipping i got back too

pretty legit id say
