Skullcandy rep/affiliated folks?

Is there someone on NS that works for Skullcandy?I have a warranty question and its been a bitch getting an answer.

if it's a warranty question it's quite simple, go to the retailer you bought it at and have them send it back

Ok so I have a couple pairs of smokin buds. this is about the 3rd time that i've warrantied them. In may when I sent them in (the last time) I had the option of store credit or the same product. I chose same product. I just filled out the form again, but I didn't get the option of store credit. I'd rather have the credit so I can get the Icons, but i don't know if they are still offering it.
