Ok so i ate major shit and snapped my hesh skullcandy's this weekend. I was debating whether or not to send them for the lifetime warranty deal. I know that there have been a few rants on the forums with people absolutely owning Skullcandy. I want to know all of the stories and if anyone has had any success with getting stuff back from the warranty. thanks everyone
 
ya you dont need to buy it just send it back and they will hook you up. ive done it like twice already and they are always good about it
 
i warrantied mine, and they gave me a better model!
skullcandy is super legit
i gave them $40 earbuds, they sent me $65 earbuds
 
nice. i didn't really like the hesh that much. does anyone know if they will let me get Icon's? i mean i would think they would since they're 25 bucks cheaper
 
Skullcandy has never been really good on the customer service department in my opinion. I've warrantied like 3 items before. Only one time has it been a good experience.

Right now I'm still waiting on a pair of skullcrushers to be sent back to me.

The best thing to do is call. They are good people, just lazy I guess, so you kinda have to remind them about your item. Kind of like that friend of yours who keeps forgetting to give your video game back. They don't mean bad, they are just irresponsible.
 
dude dont do that icons are great for riding and stuff but not for actual music listing....get some skullcrusher those things will blow ur mind lol
 
Their warranty is outstanding. You just tell them they broke, send in the jack, and receive your new headphones.
 
*I forgot to add. Don't even try to call them late in the day. It says their customer service department is open till 7 Mountain time, but it's hard reaching them when I call at 6 in the evening in Eastern.
 
i think their customer service sucks. the guys on the phone never seem to know what i need to know and they never return phone calls or e-mails. when they aren't slacking off they are great but they seem to slack off a lot
 
i hate their customer service
i got skullcandy lowriders for christmas in the wrong color i kept them in the package for a month, e-mailed them 4 times called them twice asking if i could swap it out but never a response.
