Skull candy fixes help

so i just got some skull candy fixes and i plugged them into my computer and started to watch some vids and listen to music. first i watched the windells vid from the ns home page and i couldnt hear the voice but i could hear the music. so i went to you tube to see if it was just the vid and put on natural born killaz. i could hear like part of the beat but none of the voices or the main beat. help?
 
they are plugged in all the way. i have yet to try them with my ipod yet but all my other head phones (including skull candy work. i plugged them in half way and now they sort of work. if they dont work in my ipod should i return them? i didnt get insurance an them at best buy when they asked
 
yeah sounds like a problem with the headphones hardware. outside of going back to the retailer and exchanging them i don't know what to suggest.
 
fuck that. you will die of old age before they get returned. go back to best buy and try to return them first, then buy headphones other than skullcandy.
 
mine did that when i bought them and i read online that you should cover them in cream cheese for a couple days. i tried it for 3 days, wiped them off and now they work perfectly!
 
What you want to do exactly with your headphones, is go to your nearest trash can, open the lid, put said headphones named Skullcandy and deposit in a manly manner into said trashcan. Exactly where all skullcandy belong.

They are crap headphones from the beginning. Try to buy real headphones next time!
 
Put a tooth pick into your computer's headphone jack and clean out the dust, might not be the problem but a lot of the time when my headphones don't work it's the dust in the jack. Also it's kind of ironic how they're called Fixes and right away they need to be fixed.
 
Buy a pair of Beats and screw the fix if u dont have the money look up the alternative the skull candys breakkk toooo much i know i had alot of um in the past dont waste time upgrade and enjoy ur tones

HEy im just saying its better than dealing with the problem....mby im just lazy but their nice headphones and into answer of your question im just stupid
 
They look stupid and every other 13 year old has them while bumping to Drake and Lil B, but they are a quality headphone, there are a lot better out there for cheaper though.
 
skullcandy sucks, beats are overpriced as fuck, quit listening to all the hype and being trendwhores. buy a pair of sennheisers. i had a pair of sennheiser studio headphones that my dad and i share for recording in the studio we built at our house and they've lasted for a solid six or seven years and don't seem to be fixing to die any time soon.

sparknotes: skullcandy is a joke, buy sennheisers. they're worth the money, i pinky promise.
