Skis too slippery?

Actually that would be the exact opposite, I suck ass at park, and can ski practically anything on the East Coast...

I'm laughing my ass off right now since this is a 100% troll thread and you give this as a legitimate suggestion. Show your equipment some respect and go wax your bases. If you find you're going too fast, stick to the bunny hill.

Seriously, fuck you guys. I never said that "My skis are too fast", I said I prefer to have some traction. It's not like I never wax my skis either, I do that every week. This time of season, especially on the east coast, jumping over dirt and skiing on little strips of snow separated from the main trail is half the fun for me, so I accept that my bases aren't gonna be perfect.

Almost everyone on here preaches that there is no right way to ski, and then you turn around and say stupid shit like this.

Ahhh dude, calm down a bit. You asked a really stupid question.

Serious answer? Through some klister wax onto your skis. Swix has great stuff called V40 Blue. It will give you the little extra traction you seek. There are lots of guides online for applying Klister.
