Skis for Senior X-games?

Just kidding, but switched from board to skis after 30 years and lookiing to take the next step into trees and more off piste as my sking improves. Currently on a rustler 9 172. 5’9” 190, more directional but not looking for speed prefer fun, nimble while not losing my teeth in the chop. Good float would be great , the ski for all mountain to compliment the skinner rustler. 50’s so unlikely in the park. Appreciate the insights.

Winter park, MJ in Colorado. Yep, looking a wider and still playful ski for better snow days. And for the stashes in the trees.

Kind of a basic answer but a maybe an atomic bentchetler 100 would fit the bill for a wider more playful, floaty ski tree ski. Salomon Qst 98 could also be good, more floaty and forgiving than the rustler 9 i think.

Thanks, I was think more in the 102-108 range as the only time I haven’t like the rustler is in powder ankle deep and more.

Any thoughts on the wildcat 101?

101 is a fun ski. Pivots really easy and has a decent back bone. Does better in firm than its larger brothers. People still use them in the park too. If you’re getting into anything deep the 101 can be a blast. I have the 108 and 118. The 101 never interested me since I have a deathwish 104.

Armada ARV 106

Dynastar M Free 108

Elan Ripstick 106

Faction Prodigy 3

Icelantic Nomad 105

K2 Mindbender 108

Line Bacon 108

On3P Woodsman 108

Volkl Katana 108

Some are more directional (Ripstick, Katana), some are more playful (ARV, Prodigy), all are great skis
