Skis for my mom

So, I decided for Christmas this year, I'm going to buy my mom a new pair of skis. I decided I want to get her K2 missdemeanor, with her venturing out west every once in a while, and her love of steeps and pow. She also would need groomer performance. And I'm trying to find a binding, and I found some axial2 XXL with the right brake size, basically, I'm wondering if this would be an Ok setup, and if the bindings will be a good fit with the skis. Please excuse my poor grammar and punctuation, I'm typing this on mobile.

My mom uses the chick version of the s7. Its called like the rossi scratch 110 bc or somethin like that. Pretty good all around performance
