Skis for my dad, just a feeler

hes big, about 6'4 and hes heavy too, maybe 250 pounds? i dunno.

he skis really fast too, mostly groomers but i have trouble keeping up with him....

whats good and cheap...?

those r mad soft he needs something stiffer, 185-195, and between 85 and 90 underfoot.

yeah my dad skis the volkl 6 stars. they are like the next step up from the 5 stars. everyone looked at my dad in the shop and told him to get the 5 star because he looks like an old dude who would suck, but he said fuck off and got the 6 star because he used to live in colorado. he loooooooves them. they are pretty stiff and work well on groomers and in moguls. they are pretty narrow i think though

check out the nordica hotrod hellcats... they are 90 underfoot... my dad rocks the nordica speedmachine 14's just depends what kind of skiings hes into... i guess
