4 and 1/2 feet is 137.16 cm
since she is a girl i would say the 133's.
a couple questions though:
why not the celebrity mini?
is this her first pair of skis?

Her dad is doing the graphics for the invader so he is getting a pair. It's strange tho becasue line will only give him one pair of skis. The graphics look sick.
