Skis for a skinny kid?

I am 5'5 and Im only like 90 pounds and i need a sturdy light ski that will still flex with my small frame. what is a ski that is 148-156 in size thnx
 
even though line doesnt manufacture them anymore, invaders, i got the last model they made (last year) and theyre amazingly flexy
 
Afterbangs will NOT flex for a 5 5, 90 pound kid. I was in the same boat last year, then gained almost 30 pounds and 5 inches over the summer and I can still barely flex afterbangs. Get anthems or some old invaders, invaders are super light, SOOO cheap, and you'll be able to flex them. you most likely won't destroy them too, since you're a skinny kid.
 
159 K2 Fujative. They will be your favorite ski by far. soooooooo flexy. who cares if they are too big for you
 

Dont say that. Im 5'1 100 pounds and riding 161 teneightys. And get head bullets, there light snappy, and have more flex than invaders. Which is good for a light kid like you.
 
My last skis were 141s because i had them for 4 years and im not surei wanna move up to quite that big a ski yet but ill think also what year are the invaders

 
I'm 4'11 and I'm on 160 rossi scratch pros from like 2006 and 164 4frnt crjs so if your anygood at skiing at least get a 160
 
you could try a soft, light weight twin tip, something like the atomic punx. or you could try a tweener ski(ski for people between jr and adult skis) I think K2 makes one called the bad seed. hope this helps.
 
I'd agree with everyone saying Invaders. I've got some and I'm a really light rider, 5' 4", 115 pounds, and they flex really well
 
Yea you should go for a softer ski, the reno jibs are fairly stiff planks. Although there's a rumour that next year's reno jibs are quite soft.
 
They look pretty good, but they will be expensive man. Look for 2010 skis they are cheaper because stores want to get rid of them, since they will be selling new stuff soon.

Look for skis previously listed up top.

So invaders, punx, afterbangs and t-halls.

 
Afterbangs are decently heavy to start, and my friends got heavir as water started to soak into the core through topsheet chips.
 
i hated my invaders and i was in the same boat as you, i couldnt get speed for anything, then i got armada t halls and they were amazing, iid go with t halls
 
since you are 5 5 you can probably handle a 165 or 170. 170 will be around an inch over your head. im light also so if i were you i would go with invaders. easily the lightest skis in your range. plus they are inexpensive
 
when i read your posts my brain imagines a little chinese man, probably around 2ft2 with a voice like vern troyer(mini-me) but a little more high pitch, asking this question, like youd ask your mom solemnly, if you can have a glass of water after you just got sent to your room for masturbating to americas got talent
