Skis delamination under foot

So my facion 1.0 is really starting to delaminate under foot and I need some advice on what to do about it. They also seem to slightly start delaminate in all 4 tips. They are just over 1 year old and have been used allot on rails so I'm not sure if its any point in trying to send them back for warranty or not?? If Im gonna keep them how would I go about trying to fix them as good as possible, just fill them with epoxy and clamp it down over night?

Will try to post some photos later

Post some pics, but epoxy+rivets in the tips and tails. Epoxy and clamps underfoot.

Make sure they're good and dry, and preheat the area with a heat gun first. Get the longest setting epoxy you can find. It's usually the strongest. Preheat the epoxy with the eat gun as well. It will make it more fluid and easier to work with.

thanks, here are some pictures

Not sure if you can see it in the tips on this photo, but they are just slightly starting to go up so I'm not sure if I need to/should do anything with them yet (all the tips are the same so it might be normal?)?

Any tips on how to get epoxy all the way in under foot?

Email Faction, they might help you out. If not, get some marine epoxy, mix it up and take a stick or something to get it real nice and deep in there, maybe even try and drip it down in there. Lay some boards on the top and bottom of the ski to distribute pressure and clamp that sucker down overnight / all day. Scrape away excess epoxy and make sure there aren't any spots you missed.

everyone i know whos had factions do that underfoot delam has had them warrantied, and was allowed to keep the old ones. It seems to be a well known problem, I did it to a pair of 3.0s, my friend did it to 3.zeros, and my room mate did it to two pairs of kennedys. Shoot them an email, they're good with warranty.

Fuck probably shouldn't have filled them up with epoxy last night then but figured everything caused by railing was a lost cause with warranty and since this was right under foot I figured that had to be the reason. Ohh well ended up ordering new skis yesterday for cheap anyways so now I'm just hoping these faction skis will hold for the remaining 3 weeks of the season so that I can have a fresh pair to start off next year with. May still try and send them an mail tho, should I send it to the store I ordered them from or directly to faction?

Mine were about the same as this or a bit worse, and when I sent faction an email about warranty they said they still look rideable and won't warranty them because of that. My tips were delammed, my base was cracked somehow, and they were delamming underfoot. This was literally such bullshit and I don't think I'd ever ride factions again
