I hate to do this, and I'm disappointed that i have to.

I started a transaction with skirace1 back in May. We had agreed on a price for my hoodie and I sent it out on May 30th 2011.

I have yet to receive any money, and I have not received a response to my PMs since June 24th 2011.

At this point I'm less concerned about the money, it's more about raising awareness. It turns out I'm not the only person skirace1 has been shady with...

These members have all had unsavory experiences with skirace1 in the past.

And yes, I should have paid closer attention to his feedback, but I was desperate to sell, and it wasn't all negative reviews so...

Moral of the story: don't do business with skirace1.

I shipped before payment because it was a very busy week for me, and I only had one opportunity to get to the post office.

I understand that it was somewhat naive of me, but I had done it in the past and it had worked out.
 
yeah you're dumb for shipping first. Don't be such a nice guy on transactions here unless you know they'e legit.
 
THATS UNDERSTANDABLE, BUT HALF HIS FEEDBACK IS GOOD AND HALF IS PEOPLE CLAIMING THEY'VE BEEN SCAMMED. YOU SHOULDA BEEN MORE CAUTIOUS I GUESS.
 
Ill share my experiance.

I didnt get scammed or anything but he was just an annoying little prick in general.

He offered in my old thread to buy 4 pieces of jiberish with a total of around $360. This was super awesome for me because I only ad to make one post office trip and his offers were super legit(pricewise). Now he never seemed to have the money. He made all these excuses like (I broke my glasses) (im getitng paid on friday) Which i proved were bullshit. With the glasses scenario he said he had just broken them and didnt have any money to pay me. So later that week im reading the Smash and Grab Jiberish thread and see he ordered 2 cases (I think a case 2 and 3 but i dont remember) when he clearly had just told me he didnt have any money to pay me.

So overall hes a lieing little bitch who deserves a knock in the head. If people have missing items/cash from him and really want them. He lives about an hour or so from me. Ig you pay for my gas I can drive my way down to his house find him and get everything straightened out.
 
He didnt scam me, but like an earlier member said, he was just a dick head. He had some full tilt classics in 29.5(my size) and i was desperate for boots because of a trip coming up. We had a settled price (it was jiberish+money) so i stopped making offers to other boots. After awhile he quit replying to pms, and i had to rush last minute to buy boots. Didn't get scammed, he is still a dickhead.
 
should be in sell trade forum...

and i would never ship first unless it is two maybe 3 members on this site.
