Where do you see slopestyle skiing in 10 years?

Over there ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------->

new rails that no one has ever seen or thought of before - as well as a very creative jump-line composed of different combinations of quarter pipes, half pipes, booters, step ups, and bowls

well i see the competitions become technical as fuck, but i think most of the not pros will still be steezing around da park

It would be cool to see one of those circle/ ring rails like they had on one of the episodes of ltc in future slope courses.

Quarter pipe at bottom right below the judging area. Also more variety in the jumps. Stepup, step downs, booters, transfers etc. I think the important thing is to not have standardization of anything. Keep all the courses different

well compare now to back in like 03 when tanner hall was winning X games. It was all flat rails. Now the fad is all urban style rails. But that Fad of urban rails in slopestyle courses and in parks everywhere is starting to get old and change. So I see slopestyle courses and most parks in general will start to evolve to be like skate park style courses and setups. Look at the B and E invitational for instance. I see parks and setup evolving like that, but still will make things differently but based off skate park style. Bowls creative lines with a lot more options, more tranny finds and creative gaps, more wallrides, ECT

I feel like bowls don't really work with snowsports, you can't create enough momentum for more than one hit. I dont really know, maybe thats just me.

Does anyone else think bowls don't really work? I know the B&E inv. was a bowl and they shredded it hard but I still don't think that totally worked.

It'd be dope if they made a street course somewhere. Even if it was all just rails for the most part get some real flowing urban in a line for a comp.

i hope that soon every pro and there brother start having invitationals galore. like so many it would take the place of comps. candide invitational, tanner hall invitational, band e invitational, sammy c invitational, etc etc. ha i think that be cool if that happens. it wont but ya, i fucking love me a good invitational.

tanner and CR in SM3!

exactly, shit comes in cycles, so rails in the bc are gonna come back and be the hot fresh steeze the comp scene needs

Just an idea for one feature here but a tunnel type deal like the one Leigh Powis and Max Morello sorta roof tapped/slid. I guess making more innovative features
