Skiing Workouts

im too lazy to searchbar this but im looking for a good workout plan focused for skiing. i want to start working out this summer and see if it makes a big difference in my skiing and just everything else.
 
there isnt really any "park specific workouts" just work your core a shit load/lower body strech a lot also work on ur upper body so i dont become unbalanced

also cardio helps a lot

build up muscles to pad ur fall sto
