Skiing workout

-trampoline flips

-absolutely RIPPING the Iron Gym my dad got me for Xmas in 9th grade

-50 sets of swipe right on tinder (every 8 hours)

I just climb a few days a week and do a bunch of different kind of squats and core exercises when my arms get too pumped to be climbing. Also some cardio is always a good thing.

I started doing this :https://www.backcountry.com/explore/train-eccentric-leg-strength-for-alpine-skiing

Watch out the first time you do it you'll barely be able to move for 3 days after hahah

Its intense but only takes 20 minutes to do + stretch afterwards so not too bad for someone who hates working out

Shit I just did this tonight just to see and it whipped me pretty good... not excited for my labor job tomorrow did I fuck up? Will keep you updated

Work was OK thank god but I got real sore immediately after I stopped working. 10/10 would do again.

If you're tryina shinbang proof yourself, you can cycle with straps/clipless pedals. The up motion helps a lot, and biking uses a lot of similar muscle groups as skiing while also probably prepares your physical awareness for going fast.

*you'll still have shinbang if your boots don't fit

It might help with shinbang but its bad form for mountain biking.

Imo , you did exactly what you wanna do.

you wanna get to a place where your conditioning is advanced enough that your workout does not influence your daily life.

move always done squats, deadlifts and other Olympic lifts, and I’m strong and it didn’t give me the result I wanted for skiing, in fact, my legs were weak when skiing. Leg blasters gave me the endurance that improved my skiing across the spectrum. I squat weight for low reps, I squat with less weight for 20+ reps on different days, some days I do weighted leg blasters , and I do unweighted leg blasters everyday, I also have to wheelbarrow concrete, mulch, pull weeds and cut trees so I labor a lil and after two weeks of training , my workouts don’t affect my work as long as I stay away from negatives, and reps to failure, I still max lift 2x a month.

wanna work your core too

Every day I try to maintain my beautiful body shape because I understand that our health is in our hands and if we do not work for it, no one will do anything for us. For some time I have been trying to get some results but I can't. I think people who get there use steroids. What do you think about this topic? I have read many forums on this topic, but I am still looking for opinions.

My neighbor sent me a site where the best legal steroids are and how to choose the right one. I can leave the link here in case anyone needs ithttps://jonnsaromatherapy.com/best-legal-steroids/ Please help me with an opinion. Is it worth a try or not?
