Yo so i just woke up after skiing grizly gulch under a full moon. one of the coolest things ive ever done i suggest anyone try it tonight if its gonna be clear where you are. gonna be storming here but it was seriously epic. you could see everything so well, i could see my shadow on the snsow. anyone else done it or planning on it?

not planning to do it this time because were in a storm cycle out in tahoe but ive done it before. It is really a cool experience that everyone should try

I've heard its fun. They do some thing here in Steamboat still where you eat dinner at a cabin up on the mountain and then ski down under the moonlight, that may be a sley ride though haha not sure.

yo kyle, people do it pretty often at alta..last year ive had to stay late doing dishes and shit then cut runs down freshley groomed corduroy under the moonlight...that shits fucking awesome for sure! you should go hit up jon and some of the watsons crew next time we have a legit full moon, usualy they pop some caps and hit up main chute...shits wicked rad.

yeh it would be wild to pop some caps. it was so sureal. i want to go again tonight but its supposed to be stormy i think. and henny next time we should roll up there.

my moms a groomer and we used to go up with her (my sister and i) and go skiing at night all the time. it was so cool. kinda of scary. but now they aren't allowed to do that anymore:(

but its wicked. especailly if you have friends with sleds.

i've hiked alta few times for full moon nights, ripping fresh groomers. The sickest full session i have had, was when got a cat ride to the top hidden peak @snowbird, by one of my friend who was groomer a few seasons back...full moon pow faceshots that night..we pouched the rope line on road to provo area....it was so sick

I went cross country skiing under teh full mopon numerous times when I lived at home and had XC skis, but haven't done it for a while.

skiing grizzly at night seems dangerous with all those abandoned mine shafts and all, but Im sure you guys know your way around there exponentially better than I do. Sounds sick
