Skiing the Park with a Salomon Shift Binding

Hello newschoolers, I'm wondering if anyone out there takes their touring resort hybrid set up through the park. I have a touring set up with the shift bindings. I only ever use them in the back country though. To me the binding feels delicate and I don't push it very hard.

Is anyone hitting XL park jumps with these things or doing big disasters onto rails? I have a resort set up that I use for park days and I don't plan on doing this, I'm just curious. Thanks

You should try it.

I found them to not hold up landing off windlips and cat-tracks or skiing chop or roughed up resort conditions but apparently people (Cody Townsend) send big shit on them.

Probably wouldn’t zero to the moon through the xl line or try any disaster 6s but ur probably fine for mellow laps

he skis really gnarly exposure on them but I have yet to see a salomon athlete do an actual air/cliff drop or something like that in them. even though the shit Cody skis is steep af it doesn't subject the bindings to the same forces as park skiing/hardcore freeriding would. i had a pair the year they came out and didn't personally have an issue but i wasn't skiing any park on them. all i hear lately is horror stories though

I landed gucci on a super small kid's jump doing a sw 3 and they popped off for no reason. My DIN was 1.5 higher than what i usually put it at. Don't recommend.
