Skiing powerpoint presentation

Alright well in my computer class we're "learning how to use powerpoint" I choose to do my project on skiing. my problem is what i should talk about regarding skiing. Help me out newschoolers! Giving out +karma
 
Pretty easy: talk technical aspects like how is made a ski?

Why does a ski turn? and so on .. you will be able to put images of skis, arrows everywhere to explain this and that ...
 
i would probably focus on only one aspect. i've done it before, but it gets wayyy long if you want to give a complete history of the sport and still talk about jibbin. Think of what you want to touch on most, then take it from there. Freeskiing alone has enough history now to give a good presentation. I had to do it like 6 or 7 years ago, so there wasn't nearly as much history.
 
You might want to choose something a little more specific like say choose an athlete like tanner or jon. As long as you can find history on whoever you choose it would be easier. Or you could even choose your local mountain and do its history. Or you could do some general stuff like say a couple slides for history, couple slides for different aspects (park, superpipe, bc, urban), couple of slides for locations (different mountains), couple of slides for big pros. I had to do something like this like 5 years ago and I remember it wasnt really judged on content more your actuall presentation but it would be nice to educate some people.
 
i did the same thing and people looked at me like i was crazy because they didnt know what freeskiing was
