Skiing is taking over my life

ive been skiing for 12 years and it was always just kinda like a hobby, a once or twice a year thing. then i got twins 2 years ago and i started skiing more and more, getting as much skiing as possible and its becoming an obsession to me its outta hand. every aspect of my life is controlled by skiing. ill be in class and ill glance out the window and see the handrail out in front of the school and say oooo i cant wait till we get snow so i can grease that baby. or ill be driving around and all i seem to see are handrails everywhere that i want to slide. and ill be in class and ill flip my pencil into d spins and misties and rodeos and lincoln loops and stuff. and im always trying to find ways to get better at skiing without snow(as you can tell by my articles) ill be bored outta my mind and put my skiis on and just stand there like a loser waiting for next season. and the worst part is that i live on long island in the non skiing season where hardly anybody even knows what skiing is. they see it as one piece pointy 200cms and mullets. outta of my entire school of like 2000 people only me and one other kid twintip, its so frustrating you have no idea. one day im gonna try and throw a cork in my car off of a cliff and die and it will suck. does anybody find thmselves so badly obsessed with skiing?

balance my friend...balance, you have much to learn grasshopper. i was the same and then realised there is more to life, while skiing is one of the biggest in mine it's not all centered around it, it's mainly around the outdoors weather it be skiing camping or biking

Yeah, im kind of the same but not to that extent. If I cnat ski I ammuse myself with other shit...

no camping papa, extreme camping... strip naked, run down the road screaming like tarzan until the police come and you go on a foot chase into the woods. then u sleep the night and kill a hungry bear for clothing. thats wat the men do

 
Oh, don't worry about skiing taking over your life, it's done the same for me. Everytime somebody sees me they say 'Oh look at the cool jibber!' and things like that. They can tell that I represent what the ski community is all about.

good im not a physco, the other say there was some serial code on a box in school and it started out with sm1, first thing i did when i got home was watch ski movie, im so weird haha.

i try to improve my leg strengh and being able to dump over things while doing 3s, i 3ed over a standered size chainlink fence once, but then as i was getting out of the crazy old mans yard i cought my foot and ate shit soo hard

nice man i used to try to satisfy the craving for skiing by jumping but it hurt alot in various ways. i rely a lot on NS now.

My life is about skiing. It´s the only thing I think about. Last summer and autumn was really painfull, I just dont understand how i will make this summer without skiing... Of course you can look for chicks, but its just that if it gets screwed up with those bitches then you just want to forget everything and just ski, wich you cant do on the summer... =/

skiing was my life...and still is. but i realized that u gotta pass teh summer time without thinking of skiing. find a sport/hobby or get a job and party and shit and try to not think about skiing. the summer months will pass quicker...i hope.

skiing has taken over my life. i sit in school and think how i am wasting my time there instead of skiing it drives me crazy. i am always looking at rails that i want to hit. i need to move somewhere were i can ski year around.

Alcohol the cause and solution to all lifes problems.
 
budget is my main concern. I've blown all my money, and need to work my ass off this summer to ski again next season, and pay for school hopefully. If I'm lucky, I can get new gear too!!! yeah, my life is skiing, even though I can stay entertained many other ways. I always think 'what would this be like if skis were attached to my feet.
