couldn't you argue that freeskiing is even more about gravity because you never leave the ground normal skiing so gravity is not as big as an effect?
 
I'm stealing this idea and starting sticker company with stickers that say "Fuck Gravity." Also, I'm copyrighting my idea so you can't steal it back.
 
More like potential energy. Which comes from gravity. Gravitational Potential.

Skiing is releasing potential energy. It's up to your own imagination in which way this energy is release back into the environment. Your line is the expression.
