no big, Akamp was from last Thursday to yesterday at Mont Avila, Qc and it was dope! It was really fuckin hot (45 degrees celsius) so the setup wasnt as ''complete'' as they would have wanted it to be due to lack of snow but it was still pretty rad, we got to try out a bunch of new shit. Oh, and Quebec's biggest newspaper came and filmed for a bit. They got a shot of me. eating shit. check it out!(please note that i do not usually suck as much): http://www.cyberpresse.ca/videos/?mediaid=735911#go

Camp sponsors gave out a bunch of freebies and i snagged myself some Salomon limited edition Skullcandys as well as some Dakine Pipe Gloves. also got to meet Phil Poirier which was awesome. we fist bumped. it was chill.

luc skieur, nice catch of your ski after bailing!

heard about the heat wave, sick you guys got your ski on in july in quebec

oh yea, and they misspelled my name (Achard) even after i took the time to spell it out for them. also, they didnt make me sign a release form, are they allowed to put it up?

yeah i noticed that too thats sick. and i think i might sign up for a kamp next year.

probably the most exhausting day of my life, considering that we also had to lug our gear from the hotel to the hill and back but it was so worth it.

it gets 113 degrees Fahrenheit in canada? I have lived in the southern united states my whole life and I have never seen hotter than maybe 105.

I've lived in either louisiana or north carolina my whole life. It can feel really hot here because of humidity but I have never seen recorded actual temperatures of 113.
